Undertaking Bachelor Sport Coaching (VU)
Training: Tues, Thurs: 5 – 6:30pm, Sun: 9 – 11am (during competition season only)
Events: Hurdles, sprints and horizontal jumps

Training sessions will provide exposure to routine training and the requirements of being an athlete for sustainable success in sport from an individual perspective. Encouraging and supporting athletes to reach their full potential and be life-long participants in physical activity.
Focus of training is on long term development and the technical aspects of events, incorporating strength and conditioning with body weight for youth athletes. Individual goals will be considered and preparation for major events will be scheduled into training sessions.
Private sessions outside of squad training to be negotiated.
